Bio
Alexander Murray is a Senior Data Scientist in the Corporate Services and Data (CS) department. Since joining the Bank in November 2020, he has worked on a number of projects ranging from data visualization to model estimation. This work has often been done in collaboration with other departments, and he continues to seek out new partnerships and projects to improve the use of data and automation at the Bank.
Alexander Murray’s research interests include distributed and mixed-integer programming algorithms, Bayesian model estimation techniques, parallel computing, and model aggregation.
Alexander Murray holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
